Reseda is where LightRiders was raised. So naturally, we had to debut our newest installation, the GRiD, for this year's event (11:11 Creative Collective).  Our most immersive installation yet. 

Design

  • (45) 4ft handmade foam tubes (you can't buy these anywhere!)

  • Total of 3,000+ LEDs, 68 individually controlled LEDs per tube

  • 9 x 5 grid

  • ~30 ft long x ~12 ft wide

  • Overhanging structure using urban materials (palm trees, fencing) and wire rope
